Filming Moodboard by Chloe

The director of Juno (Jason Reitman) used many ideas and shots that were effective in showing the consequences of teen pregnancy. The isolation of the character in her school is the idea we are trying to portray in our filming.

Many of my camera angles and movements are based around this trailer.

Reitman has used a few ideas which have influenced my filming angles and shots. For example, the shot of Juno being rejected by her fellow classmates is an angle which we would like to use to show the isolation that teenage pregnancy brings people in modern day society.

Many of my shots, however, were chosen to reflect a certain emotion in the character or show a scene in a certain way. The way the film is shot is highly important to the final outcome.
